We mentioned Popeyes tends to keep their secrets a secret, including their seasonings – but we’re here to shed some light on this creation. So, what in the heck is Cajun Sparkle referring to? It’s a packet of spices – New Orleans style, of course – that is supposedly stored behind the counter at Popeyes locations. You’ll have to test this theory to prove its validity at your nearest restaurant, but if you get your hands on a packet or two of Cajun Sparkle, don’t let it go to waste.
