Little Caesars Tries Out New Gluten-Free Pizza in Denver

Little Caesars is running a test of their new Gluten Free Pepperoni Pizza in some locations in Denver, Colorado. This pizza is priced at $8.99 and comes as a personal-sized, deep-dish pizza with four slices. It has pepperoni on top and a crispy, cheesy crust around the edges. If you like, you can choose the gluten-free crust when making your own pizza too.

Little Caesars usually makes their pizza dough fresh every day right in the store, using wheat. But now they have created a crust that doesn't include wheat, rye, or barley, which is great news for those avoiding gluten. But, they want to make sure customers know that because they make all their pizza dough in the same kitchen, there's a chance of gluten getting into the gluten-free crust. So, if you have celiac disease, they don't recommend eating this pizza crust.
