O'Charley's Reveals New Hook, Line & Southern Dishes Menu

O'Charley's is rolling out their newest menu, "Hook, Line & Southern," which combines tasty seafood with Southern-style cooking. This special menu will be around until March 31 and includes both new dishes and some beloved classics.

Let's look at what's new on the menu:

• Lobster Quesadilla: This has a mix of lobster, creamy alfredo sauce, cheddar cheese, bacon, and tomatoes all tucked inside a flour tortilla. It comes with sour cream and salsa for dipping.

• Lobster & Shrimp Scampi: This dish has linguini pasta and shrimp tossed in a garlic butter scampi sauce, topped with lobster pieces and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

• Blackened Rainbow Trout: A mild, white fish seasoned with Cajun spices served with your choice of two sides.

• Chocolate Cake: Indulge in a four-layer chocolate cake with lots of frosting and chocolate shavings on top.

• Lobster Topper: You can add this to any steak or seafood meal. It's a generous portion of lobster with garlic butter to make your dish even more delicious.

These new items are joining six O'Charley's favorites on the menu:

• Shrimp & Stuffed Crab Appetizer: Shrimp fried in buttermilk with stuffed crab. They come with cocktail and tartar sauces for extra flavor.

• Seafood Combo Platter: A mix of Atlantic cod, fried shrimp, and stuffed crab. This platter is served with fries, coleslaw, and both tartar and cocktail sauces.

• Cedar Plank Salmon: A large salmon filet, seasoned with lemon pepper, cooked on a cedar plank, and served with two sides.

• Bayou Shrimp Pasta: Shrimp sautéed with red and green peppers, tomatoes, and onions, all tossed in a Cajun Alfredo sauce with linguini pasta.

• Hand-Battered Fish & Chips: Atlantic cod in a crispy batter, served with fries and tartar sauce.

• California Salmon Salad: A grilled salmon filet on top of a salad with blue cheese, sweet pecans, strawberries, mandarin oranges, and cranberries, all tossed in a balsamic dressing.

And don't forget to try out the drinks! They have a $5 House Margarita available every day, and also a special Tangerine Grapefruit Margarita.
