McDonald's Drops Yummy Chili Sauce Inspired by Anime Fans' Fav Fast Food Spot

McDonald's has announced an exciting new addition to their menu and a unique collaboration with the anime industry. They are bringing WcDonald's, a fictional restaurant from anime, to life in more than 30 international markets starting February 26.

The celebration includes a new Savory Chili WcDonald's Sauce. The sauce, available for a short time, has flavors of ginger, garlic, soy, and a bit of chili flakes. You can enjoy it with nuggets or other McDonald's favorites.

To add to the fun, McDonald's is working with manga artist Acky Bright. He has designed special packaging for McDonald's that shows off the WcDonald's characters he drew. When you get this cool packaging, there's a code you can use to find online manga stories every week.

There's even going to be an original WcDonald's anime made by Studio Pierrot. It will have four episodes and each tells a story about the new McDonald's sauce and nuggets. Starting February 26 and until March 18, you can watch a new episode every Monday. The anime will have different styles, like Action and Romance.

If you live in Los Angeles, you can try the WcDonald's dining experience on March 9-10. It's special because it makes you feel like you're inside the world of WcDonald's with cool effects. You have to book a spot on OpenTable from February 28 to get in.

McDonald's is also celebrating anime by helping three anime artists grow. They will get money to help with their art, and they'll learn from Acky Bright too.
