McDonald’s Introduces Bagel Sandwiches

Toasted bagel sandwiches have been introduced to the menu at McDonald’s restaurants. They are now part of the breakfast lineup which includes McMuffins, pancake-like McGriddles, and biscuits.

One of these new offerings is the Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel, which features a thick patty made with a different type of protein compared to other McDonald’s burgers. It’s topped with grilled onions and is priced at $6.39, although prices may vary depending on the location.

Other options include the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel for $5.29 and the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Bagel also for $5.29.

A plain bagel toasted in butter is available for $2.29.

These bagel sandwiches were initially offered at many locations last week and are now available at all Southern California locations as of Monday, Feb. 5. According to the company, they will remain on the menu "for the foreseeable future."
